June 12th – 15th, 2014 South Haven, Michigan.
The Waterfront Film Festival moved from Saugatuck to South Haven last year, and in 2014, this film fest returns to the Michigan beach town for another great run of independent films.
A huge outpouring of support the previous year has brought this fest back, and guests of Sun ‘n Sand Resort will be less than 10 minutes from all of the film venues for this festival.
Nearly 90 documentaries, dramas, comedies and film shorts will be showed on seven screens throughout the four days in South Haven Michigan. A huge number of filmmakers will be in town to talk about their films before and after the screenings, and many actors and filmmakers usually participate on Q&A panels.
“Waterfront Film Festival celebrates independent film and filmmakers in a non-competitive environment.” Located along the Michigan lakeshore, WFF is one of the leading destination film festivals in the Midwest, regularly hosting Midwest premieres of Academy Award-winning and nominated documentaries. Recognized as a top five film festival, WFF is a non-profit event committed to creating a “middle coast” venue for independent filmmakers while further enhancing the cultural draw of West Michigan.
