South Haven Michigan Hotels – Hotel Rooms at Sun ‘n Sand Resort:
South Haven Michigan hotels don’t get much more historic than Sun ‘n Sand Resort. The resort features 33 guest rooms in three separate lodging buildings. Since 2011, all buildings have either been refreshed or remodeled, and we’ve built a brand new saltwater pool, bathhouse, party deck and snack bar. Each of the 33 lodging units has a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, TV, hairdryer and air conditioner.

The Beach House
The Beach House is the original two story unit, built in the 1920’s, renovated in the late 1950’s, and totally refreshed and painted in 2011. The Beach House has 16 guest rooms and is close to the south entrance of the site and adjacent to our pool, bathhouse, and snackbar. It has a covered deck which runs around the entire building on both floors.

The Lake House
The Lake House is a one story building at the back of the site, with 5 suites and decking around the entire unit.

The Cottage House
The Cottage House, a one story u-shaped building is located adjacent to the north parking area, with 6 rooms in total.

The North House
The North House is a one story building quietly located on the north side of the site, with 6 guest rooms and decking along the front of the unit.

Some quick things to know about booking a hotel room at Sun ‘n Sand Resort:
- We do allow small pets! There is a $45 per pet charge for the stay, and we require they be kept on a leash when outside the room.
- We require a 2 night stay on weekends and 3 nights on holiday weekends. During the week, there is no minimum stay.
- All rooms are non-smoking; there will be an extra fee incurred if there has been smoking in the room.
- All room rates are subject to 5% local tourism tax and 6% state taxes.
