The Lake House is a single story building featuring 1 single handicap accessible room, 7 single kitchenette rooms and 1 suite; four sets of rooms have connecting doors.  All rooms feature ceiling fans, and decking around the entire building.

Lake House Single Room:

A smaller room with a queen size, duvet-covered bed, air conditioning, television, ceiling fan, coffeemaker, private handicap accessible bath with hairdryer. Freshly painted with wicker and pine furnishings. Handicap Accessible.
Sleeps 2. (Connecting door to Room 305).

Lake House Kitchenette Room:

A kitchenette with a queen size, duvet-covered bed, air conditioning, television, ceiling fan, and private bath with hairdryer. In-room microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and counter with kitchen sink and cabinet stocked with tableware for two. A freshly painted room with wicker and/or pine furnishings.  Sleeps 2. (Connecting doors between Room 301 & Room 302; Room 303 & Room 308; Room 304 (Handicap Accessible) & Room 305; Room 306 & Room 307).
